Class Options

Class Styles

  • Ballet Training is a comprehensive approach that not only shapes the body but also nurtures artistic expression. It provides a foundation for dancers to develop discipline, strength, and the ability to convey emotion through their movements, creating a fun and creative experience for the students.
  • Jazz dance is characterized by its fusion of technique, style, and individual expression. It incorporates influences from contemporary dance and popular culture while maintaining its core elements of isolation, syncopation, and dynamic movement.
  • Hip-hop incorporates various influences from a wide range of dance styles, including elements of breakdance, modern dance, tap, and swing. Students are encouraged to showcase their skills and creativity.
  • Tap dance produces percussive sounds, transforming the dancer's feet into a musical instrument. The combination of movement and sound allows the students to express themselves creatively and contribute to the musicality of the dance piece. 
  • Lyrical/Contemporary places a strong emphasis on innovation and the creation of fluid movement. It incorporates elements from various dance styles, including classical ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Students will explore the full range of physical space, utilizing floor work, jumps, lifts, and expansive movements.
  • Technique encompasses various elements that contribute to the execution of movements with precision, control, and artistry. Students focus on leaps, jumps, turns and stretching to help improve their strength, artistry, balance and flexibility.

Non-Competitive Dance Program

Our non-competitive program is designed for dancers who want strong technical training in a structured, positive environment - without the additional commitment of competition. Classes focus on:

  • Proper technique and progression
  • Confidence and performance skills 
  • Discipline and classroom etiquette
  • Joy in movement

All students enrolled will perform in our annual recital.

Dance Cardio and Sculpt (Adult Program)

Dance Cardio & Sculpt is a high-energy, full-body training experience that begins with dance-driven cardio and transitions into intentional strength sculpting for total-body conditioning.
